   I never received my pizza, and I’m extremely frustrated by this terrible service! I clearly stated my hotel name and room number in the order, and specifically requested that the delivery driver leave the pizza at my hotel room door. However, the driver didn’t deliver it at all—he claimed he called me (which is a lie, I never got any calls) and falsely marked the order as "delivered" without even attempting to bring it to my door. It’s completely unacceptable to be lied to and have my order ignored when I provided all the necessary details. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had with Uber Eats, and I won’t be using the service again.

   This is my regular joint for Pizza. Very friendly staff. The pizzas are amazing. The only thing they need to work on is if there is a huge rush on pizza orders they need to find a way to relay correct time on the online orders. Once or twice I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my order to get ready. But other times it’s been great.

   Ordered from central mall. Website was quick and easy to use. The cook was just finalizing my order when I drove to Koutu Road. He was very pleasant, as was the delivery driver that had just walked in and checked the computer screen for me. Meal was hot. Lot's of toppings on the pizza. Lot's of garlic butter on the garlic bread. Well done team great service! Spent $22, got 2 pizzas, garlic bread, chips & sauce.

   Vegetarian Pizza was very disappointing, tomatoes, couple of pieces of mushroom, cheese and basil. Where's the pineapple, capsicum is that not vegetarian? Not good. However the children enjoyed there options. Service was good and staff seemed pleasant.

   I'm surprised to say this but, this was actually the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service. Dominos is supposed to be known for their delivery, not this location! We put in an order twice and stood outside in the cold rain the entire time after we placed the order so we wouldnt miss it for both times. They never showed and then told us we weren't there when they got there. How could we miss them if we were there the whole time?! When we asked them what happened, they continously blamed us and didn't try to make any concessions. They either never tried or went to the wrong address both times and never tried to talk with us to figure out the issue. Go to any other pizza place before here. We literally never got food that night because everything had closed after we dealt w them for two hours.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys did absolutely nothing well. I placed my order in the branch and paid in store, when I placed my order I was told that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later I was told that they had completely forgotten to make my order. It was unclear who the manager was, and the staff made no attempt to amend the situation. As someone who has previously worked for a large franchise, I do wonder how dominos treats their staff. Sadly not a single staff member at this store looked happy or at least okay. Shout out to pizza hut though! After getting a refund for the pizza dominos didnt make, I went to pizza hut and recieved quick and lovely service from happy employees. If you want a good experience, and food that is made with effort, go to pizza hutt instead.

   Fast delivery, definitely more of toppings than P.H. YUMMY Pizzas and loved the crust. Flavour bomb. Desserts are nice as well I loved the salted-caramel mousse.

   Ordered here around 9pm Saturday night. The young girl on the counter had excellent customer service and a great energy. The pizzas were very good, my Italian friend who is usually very fussy with her pizza was saying that the simply cheese pizza she had was one of the best pizzas she's had in ages! My pepperoni was decent too. Good work team!

   Horrible experience! You guys should be ashamed of yourself and the stuff you cook and deliver for people. I really disappointed for the quality of the pizza I've got. Decided to order double bacon cheeseburger and at the end got just a dough covered with cheese and mayonnaise which is tasted disgusting and sour, hardly any ingredients! On your menu it says all lovely toppings, but the one I've got on each slice had just one piece of bacon and one tiny piece of mince the rest was just a dough with yuck splash of mayo. Is someone ate some of toppings on the way to deliver or what? Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
