    Absolutely disgusted by the maggots i found in my soup, burger was not cooked properly and all my food smelt of fish. I will never ever come here again, anf i have encouraged everyone i know never ever to come here, I still feel sick to my stomach.

    Had a delicious fish & chips combo which included fish of the day, hot dogs, crabstick, potato fritters, and chips. We particularly enjoyed the fish and potato fritters. Sauce (aioli, sweet chilli, tartare sauce, tomato sauce) available for purchase, a generous portion given and I only used half of it. Will be back for more!

    Whenever we visit Rotorua, a visit to Lucky 7 takeaways is a must. Lovely clean shop, very helpful staff and the freshest most delicious fish (snapper) and chips. The fresh battered oysters are outstanding, too. We have only had a couple of the Chinese takeaway dishes from here, but they were fresh and tasty too.

    Brilliant place for the whole family. Today I brought my extended family, nephews and nieces plus parents, uncles and aunts to this takeaway and we all loved the gorgeous food. I'm going to come back tomorrow to pick up some dinner and try some of the Chinese food options. They have such a wide range of Chinese food takeaways as well as Fish and Chips yum. We ordered, 12 Mussels, 12 Oysters, a $50 pack and 3 of their most popular dish, Garlic Prawn Noodles plus a Honey Chicken Noodles for myself (I'm allergic to prawns lol) but best dinner I've had on New Years and just in general plus the staff were so awesome and gave us extra spring rolls and chicken nuggets FOR FREE!! Love this place and can't wait for more dinner tomorrow.

    Excellent fish and chips!!! Came here for my first time and surprisingly they had just opened as well. Food did not disappoint! Staff was lovely, family owned restaurant and got my food quite fast despite the busy hours. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a cheap bite in Rotorua or visiting the Redwoods Forest! Lots of space and outdoor areas for parking as well.
