   Green curry is sweeter than what I am used to. I think it is very creamy but too sweet. It needs more veggies especially if you ordered the vegetarian version, it only had some carrots and broccoli, it can be better. Dumplings were good but again was with curry sauce, I think dumplings should come with its own sauce,not in curry liquid. Overall was okay. Not the best Thai I have had

   Tried the all you can eat which was a great taster of all different meals. The bring you out a small plate of each menu item 1 by 1 and you can reorder them until you are full. Not a buffet style more like little meals cooked individually it seemed like. Good service and great food and was something nice and unique and we were definitely full.

   So impressed! We have come down to Eat Street not really sure what we were hungry for, it's a Saturday evening and most places are pretty jam packed a sure way of knowing which restaurants are serving good food. Stop by Wild Rice and it's pretty empty, but the menu looks OK, decide yip we're going to eat here with 2 kids in tow it seemed like the best option. I didn't have high expectations and as much as I wanted to select the All you can eat menu I couldn't trust that the food was going to be that good so opt for Al la carte. Food came out relatively quickly and was piping hot, we got the Beef Pad Thai, Bbq Ribs, Chilli Prawns, Crumbled Haloumi and Truffle fries and to Cheese Roti kids meals. When I tell you I was absolutely positively impressed by the taste of the food I'm not even exaggerating! I was instantly disappointed that I hadn't selected the All you can eat because my gosh how frikn good!! The kids really liked their Roti and it was the first time they had tried Roti but gosh I was actually blown away at how good the food was! I've dined at many Asian Fusion restaurants in Auckland and not everyone gets it right, Wild Rice has got it!! And more people should be coming here because I will make a trip back to Rotorua just to come and have the All you can Eat menu! The staff were super friendly and attentive!! The restaurant is clean and tidy and I was actually pleased it wasn't busy because I wouldn't have considered it but damn, youve got to try it if you are in Rotorua! Highly recommend!!!

   Fantastic meal, we will definitely be back. Food was absolutely delicious and service was great. The heating was lovely as it was such a cold day. Cant wait to work through the menu some more next time.

   We asked the waiter if the chefs were Thai. He assured us they were. The food however didn't taste authentic. Looked more like a Chinese copy of Thai food. Red curry didn't look, nor taste like red curry. The pad Thai didn't have much flavour.

   Went there for family dinner. Food quality was below average. Pad Thai didn’t taste anything like an authentic pad Thai, it was just a bowl of noodles with some random sauces had to search for meat in it. Ordered green curry, it was just a bowl of thick coconut cream with veges. Service was below average and staff was not at all friendly

   Had a great experience here. The restaurant is very clean and has comfy table and chairs. Hats off to the attended who made us welcome and looked after us so well all through. Food came much earlier than expected as the restaurant was buzzing. Delicious food at a fair price. The lady owner was nice, kids were given a free bottle of drink. Highly recommended, A++
