Yum and was fast. I haven't had kfc since the timaru store took 35mins to make my snack lunch so ill definitely be coming to rolleston kfc again
I had a great experience at KFC Rolleston, thanks to Aman. She provided wonderful customer service, very friendly, polite, and attentive. She handled everything professionally and made sure the order was correct and served with a smile. Her positive attitude truly made the visit enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work, Aman.
Placed 2 orders online where it stated the order will be ready in 10 mins. Reached the store in 10 mins. Waited for another 10 mins before receiving the first order. Followed up twice on the second order and received it 20 mins later. Drive thru orders were flying out the window. At least 5 customers who ordered food after I arrived were served with their food, but I had to wait and actually waive down a staff member to follow up on the order. Also one of the 2 chocolate mousse I ordered was frozen. Extremely poor and slow service despite having a large number of staff in store. Absolutely not recommended!
So this kfc was known to be slow but then I was there this avo with a friend, the service was actually super speedy. My friend had to go back to get something from the car and by the time they got back, I had already received my order. Not sure if because it wasn’t that busy but yeah pleasantly surprised by the speed.
Had sent a complaint to KFC online two weeks ago and no response from them! So doing it here. Went to Rolleston outlet a month ago on a Friday lunchtime with a group of 10 people for a KFC special and told by the person of male Indian origin behind the counter that the special is only on certain days of the week, which is ridiculous and incorrect. His demeanour was not very becoming of a KFC employee. In hindsight we should left and gone to McDonalds but we wanted KFC and paid extra. Bad move, the chicken was the worse we have ever had at a KFC! GREASY!! My advice...if you want service and good chicken, DO NOT GO TO KFC ROLLESTON!!
The food was good. Just got some nuggets and popcorn bites. They were hot as they were freshly made. I did order online, granted not long in advance, but when I got there I waited about 15min to get served as one employee was out the back and the other one was sitting on the table in the corner I assume on his break. It was a Saturday morning and I believe a 15min break would've been well and truly over, but he could've at least just called the other person.
Ordered “give me five”. All the chicken were dry, oily, warm, in dark oily color that looks like been sitting there over night. The worst fried chicken. Complaint to the counter girl, she dump the chicken in the bin quickly replaced with “new” chicken. Threw to me on the counter bench top, well practiced movement, seems like she does this all the time, NO apologies, the “new” chicken were dry, oily as well, but slightly hot. I can’t believe as a well know international brand, the quality of the chicken are ridicules.
Not at all impressed. Asked for a breast in each of 3 meals I ordered only to be told that I could only have 2 in 3 separate meals. I politely asked to speak with the manager and the staff member walked over to a young lady and then returned to me saying that the manager refuses to talk to me. Totally unacceptable customer interaction. Suggest you go to a different KFC outlet
Terrible for the past 5 or 6 times I've been there. Keep thinking it'll improve but it gets worse. The potato gravy smells like dish washing liquid EVERYTIME. Soggy chips, pile of slop for a burger. Chicken itself is fine but everything else around it is horrible.
