   I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your café today. I ordered an iced coffee with no sugar, but the drink I received was extremely sweet, far beyond normal, due to syrup added without my consent. When I politely asked for a replacement, the staff refused and was rude, dismissing my concerns instead of resolving the problem. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend your café to anyone, and I believe you need to take immediate action to improve both the quality of your drinks and the behavior of your staff. I expect your café to take this complaint seriously and provide a proper response.

   This would have to be the best cafe experience in Christchurch. Well worth the drive to this amazing establishment. Lovley seating, clean and tidy. Amazing cabinet food with a Devine menu. Coffee was a solid 10/10. Kiwi staff that were more than accommodating for myself and my friend. Custard fruit tart would be my recommendation.. Will definitely return. 5 star.

   Delicious food, especially the nachos and chicken bacon waffles, cabinet treats were also delicious and unique. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The drinks were also super flavourful, my favourite was definitely the dark belgium hot chocolate. I’ll definitely come back

   Loved this cafe.I enjoyed the personality of the two young guys serving. They were cheerful & obviously enjoyed what they were doing and their service was fast and efficient. There was a wonderful selection of cabinet food and the menu food was amazing. I had a toasted sandwich full of fillings with tasty crisp chips on the side. Tables were cleared as soon as they were vacated so overall a very pleasant relaxing place.

   What an absolute treat is was popping in for a delicious meal and some cheeky goodies for mothers day! Food was absolutely divine. I had a chicken salad and a mocha which was so yummy and I know my mum enjoyed the French toast and ice choccy. Staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come and visit again! Thank you for a lovely experience.

   A nice little cafe specialised in a variety of teas, but also got a wide selection of barista-made coffees and signature hot chocolate drinks. It's a cute little cafe situated inside Barrington Mall, Spreydon, Christchurch. Also serves a menu of cooked breakfast and lunch items, which are all very well designed, suits all ages including young ones, and most importantly, very reasonably priced. We had coffees, and the French Toast and Eggs Benedict today. Both were carefully cooked and beautifully presented, tasty and superb value given the pricing. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back again!

   A nice little cafe in the Barrington Mall with a really large range of hot drinks. I ordered the beef burger meal and their chocolate milkshake for a drink and was not disappointed! The burger was great for a cafe burger; the chips on the side were a tad underdone but still good. I've had their hot chocolates on precious visits and it's similar to Theo Bromas style in my opinion. I still keep going back so I'd say it's worth a visit if you're thinking about it!
