    Coffee Culture is always my first stop when I get to Canterbury but today I was blown away by extremely high level of service and care by the staff at the Addington store. A blind customer and his dog had come in and after helping him with his order and discussing the food options the staff member then took his hand and helped him to find a vacant table with enough space for the dog.

Anabelle, in particular, is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. She’s warm, friendly, and always takes the time to chat and explain the food. She has such a beautiful heart and a professional way of making every visit special. You can really feel the love and care they put into this place.     Nice location with both indoor and outdoor (glassed) areas. First time I've seen 4 different coffee sizes. The one I got, which was the biggest has 4 espresso shots. They have different pastries and sandwiches, which all look tasty. Prices are standard. Service is ok.

    Went on a Saturday evening about 7pm, was somewhat quiet. Staff were friendly and table cleared of empty plates fairly quickly. Food was delicious, and the coffee/hot chocolate drinks were very flavoursome and at a decent temperature.

    My take away coffee order took ages to be served and when I went to the counter the lady(manager) was very rude towards me. I guess I was the only Indian and that’s the only reason she was rude as I have seen her giving good hospitality to others in the store. Finally left without coffee. Good way to increase your sales.

    A trendy little Cafe on the corner of a busy road. Decor was nice and there was a nice selection of food in the cabinet and on the menu. I ordered a herbal tea which came out in loose leaves, in a colourful teapot accompanied with all the extras. I also ordered the most deluous apple porridge, a creamy porridge infused with apple and cinnamon topped with slices of almonds it just melts in your mouth. The only criticism I would give this cafe is that it does get quiet busy and I noticed that they had a lot of tables that needed wiping down and clearing and maybe It would have been nicer if the tables were a bit cleaner other than that the food and drinks were nice
