   Fantastic experience. The vets and nurses are very knowledgeable and experienced. Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, easy process to book any appointment. We felt very comfortable and cared for. There was clear communication, which helped us a lot during a health scare our pooch had a while back. We’re very grateful for Ourvets Halswell and will definitely continue to be patients here. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work. Clearly a team that have compassion and dedication.

   The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is calm, plenty of space to keep your distance from other people and their pets if necessary I would just say as all vets the price can be high, pet insurance I'd highly recommend.

   Wonderful team of caring lovely vets and nurses. They always took excellent care of my cat Ollie and I can't recommend them highly enough. They also recently helped my mother-in-law when she had to make the difficult decision to euthanize her 20 year old cat. They helped her kitty have a quiet, calm and peaceful send off when his health had rapidly declined :( Certainly not an easy decision but their care and kindness was most appreciated at thay difficult and stressful time :( Thank you team.

   Staff here are ALWAYS so friendly and professional. You and your pet will feel welcome from the moment you step in the door. They never judge me or my dog when she has eaten something bad…again, and seem to genuinely care about my pets. Totally recommend them- I’ve never had a bad experience and have been coming here for about 5 years now!

   I am extremely happy with the service I receive every time I visit (which is quite frequent with an ageing dog!) It is a busy practice but they genuinely care and it is clear they want the best for the animals.
