   The team at Rolly vets are fantastic, Nick is the best vet we have come across. Have been taking our dog, Charlie, and cats to the RVS since we moved to Rolleston 7 years ago. Such great people to deal with – and our animals loved them too. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Nick, you have taken the best care of Charlie till the very end..

   looking at vet reviews and decided to tell my story. These were my vets for several years. First fail was the wrong medication (had the wrong drench handed to me as a pour-on - luckily I checked it in the truck before leaving and went back, the reception were very reluctant to 'disturb' the vet to change it, vet had prescribed correct drench the staff dispensed the wrong drug). Secondly, reception staff will not refer questions to the vet and it takes forever and determination for the simplest response (- including times I left queries with them and never ever heard back). Last and final, I had goat needing specific drugs as she was birthing dead mummified kids and had uterine infection. I knew what was needed and it was 4.30 on a Friday. They would not help at all. Needed to "see the animal" (who was on farm, still trying to pass the placenta) so I went across to Lincoln vet (who did not know me at all - however, after some sensible questions, they prescribed and we saved the doe). The reception at Rolly are rude and snobby - unfortunately they make it look bad for the vets.

   Brought one of our cats in whilst suffering an anaphylactic shock post vaccination at another vet. We went to Rolleston Veterinary Services as the were the closest vet due to the emergency. We were declined being seen and were told to drive the 30 or so minutes back to our regular vet. We were looking for a good, local vet. Needless to say, we won't be considering Rolleston Veterinary Services.

   My number one veterinary clinic in Rolleston. Vet Andrew provided excellent surgical & general care for our 'Snoopy' dog & I would recommend to all that love their "fur babies" Veterinary nurses & assistants also awesome, helpful & friendly Most reception staff pleasant & helpful, all but one who "saw' us as invisible even after 10 minutes of being "beside her" Recommended to all folk that are after professional animal care

   I'm not sure why this veterinary centre gets bad reviews? I think everyone here is extremely nice and caring. They even have a great sense of humour when two pets turn up at the same with the same name, but one being a cat and the other a dog, and the shock of the vet seeing a dog when he is expecting a cat. Priceless!

   Rolly Vets offers the peace of mind for parents of fur babies. They are helpful, attentive and professional. I would recommend booking appointments well in advance as it is a busy practice, but overall a great experience. Plenty of after vet visit rewards instore for sale for pets also and vet diet foods for cats and dogs.
