   Really friendly knowledgeable staff. They have a huge range of mixes including boneless pet food which is good for my small dogs. I didn’t know my dog was allergic to beef until they recommended to put my dog on an allergy diet. His skin and health is so good now. Thank you.

   The worst customer service in NZ!!! I bought the raw meat products for my dog the first time in Feb, and it will be the last one. The products we received arrived in 2 days instead of overnight delivery. Some of them damaged, thawed completely. I contacted them and took photo immediately. Unfortunately, the owner of the business did not want to take any responsibility at all and refused to compensate the partial damaged products and walked away. The worst customer service and business I have ever dealt. Most shop I dealt online, they are very good, any damaged we can return and they send the replacement. Hmmm NOT this one. Be wary and go somewhere else who take more accountability and pride for their service and products. I was just asking for fairness as some of the products thawed away ie salmon medallions and half of the other meat cubes among 5 kgs I ordered, was it too much for you to compensate the damage? He seemingly had other similar business and changed it to BM Naturally, I wish I knew who I was dealing with. Very untrusty, most businesses they dealt with their own logistic and not ask the customers to deal with their own logistic which caused the damage in the first instance.

   Incredibly quick service, placed late the night before and arrived same day was so impressed (though I must say I opted for factory pick up but it was delivered instead (i assume to me being somewhat local to your area) and what a blessing and so appreciated for the delivery as I had calculated incorrectly and wouldn't have enough for the night after, but then this order showed up and blew me away!, it's so appreciated thank you)

   I've been purchasing the healthy dog mix since 2018. I love that it is a complete, balanced diet for me to simply defrost, weigh out the amount for each dog and feed. It's easy and simple, my dogs won't eat anything else and they look fantastic!
