Useless and frustrating, no one there can help with home loans and the wait to speak to a human on the phone is 40 minutes! Why should we be expected to put up with this poor level of service. Seriously thinking of changing banks, it's almost like they go out of their way to avoid human interaction.
I had a great experience setting up a bank account for my son, thanks to the excellent service from one of the staff members. She was thorough, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making it easy for my son to understand. Her professionalism and approachable manner made the experience smooth and stress-free. Had a strange experience at this bank. I went here with one of my old lady customer, who took me inside the bank along with her as she needed a hand. But the Bank Manager and the Lady at the front started asking the old lady customer about her bank details etc, which I agree is their job. But later, they asked me to get back to my car and then Manager came and sat inside my car and started asking me reasons and questions about the old customer withdrawing money. Not even just this, he then took my visiting card from the car without permission and highlighted my name and number. He just simply blamed me for the lady spending her money, which I completely disagree to. I think he just did this as a discrimination and being racist, which is completely unacceptable. Also, they even let the old lady customer stand for half an hour for their questioning session and didn't even offer her a chair or glass of water, although she was so stressed with their pile of questions. They were just simply trying to manipulate her. I think the manager should must stay within his walls of responsibility, he doesn't have any further right to come to me and ask questions, which I am not liable to answer.
Cant deposit cash via the ATM, and the staff was just staring at me thru the glass doors like I had 2 heads instead of opening up. Classic ANZ, nothing works and no one wants to help.
What a joke...that's my experience there...useless!!!

Jess who works at the branch really helped me get my Home Loan. She has been pro-active and keen to help me. I was dealing with a tricky situation with ANZ but she worked behind the scenes and was able to resolve it. Would have no problems using Jess and her services again. Thank you :)
