Friendly staff, but always such long delays to be served and ATM banking limits mean having to come into the store to access my cash.
Went to the bank looking for travel stuff. The bank no longer offer what I needed. Waste of time.

The BNZ is a good bank. They provide really good service. If a queue forms in the bank a staff member will question people in the line to see if they can be quickly helped. The staff are well trained and give you confidence that they know what they are doing. BNZ is a bank which supplies a full range of banking services. One plus is the car park behind the bank is BNZ's and if you are a customer you are entitled to park there.
All banks in new Zealand are great . Bnz is good service and has atm all over the country.
