1. Super Unknown ★☆☆☆☆

   Showed up with my friend from out of town close to 12 and was told they were shut by the bar staff drinking and smoking outside which was fine (website says 1am) but there were a group of 5-6 guys that started being cheeky to me and my friend because they were closed to which we didn’t react (Me and my friend were completely sober mind you) Based on that yucky experience I won’t be back and would not recommend. Very unprofessional

   We celebrated a birthday with a meal on Christmas eve and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was fantastic and a special shout-out to Chloe who looked after us for the night. She was so efficient and friendly and made the occasion a great success.

   We had the most amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Perfect location just a bus ride into the city which leaves from outside. The room was perfect exactly what we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The food in the restaurant/bar was amazing and extra points for the good Guiness which my partner said was the best one he’s had in New Zealand!! Top class service and hospitality, shoutout to the manager who really engaged with us throughout our trip and who was always up for a chat, he took care of everything we needed throughout our trip and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here to everyone traveling to Christchurch and would love to return again.

   Chicken in the burger was amazing. Steak eggs and chips was cooked perfectly. Both good sized portions, we left feeling full. Also stayed at the motel attached and it was up to date and fairly priced. Great service on both sides.

   It was really nice to go back to the place that I used to drink at. It brought back memories. unfortunately, the restaurant part was closed due to upcoming renovations, and so we ate in the sports bar. The food was good but really the menu wasn't that expensive.
