   We just got the two small chicken pita’s. Overall it wasn’t the best experience as our pita’s weren’t that tasteful & we spent nearly $40 for two which we think is overpriced considering the low quality & quantity. I think if they added salt & pepper (which we requested but wasn’t added) they would be better tasting. As well as, the filling including the lettuce & veggies tasted old. The man who served us was super nice it’s just the pita’s we ate that ruined our experience.

   Bought a wrap and smoothie from The Base Pita Pit tonight - 13/9 at 6pmish - and it was easily the worst meal experience from a Pita Pit shop I've ever had. I had chicken, mushroom and onion put on the grill which weren't cooked enough. The mushroom and onion were still raw/uncooked and the chicken was only slightly warmed so it was mushy and so close to being inedible. Then it surely would've been a record breaker for how long it spent in the toaster machine... I did think as it was being handed over to me that it hadn't been in there very long, but took it and walked away confidently because surely they wouldn't give me food that hasn't been cooked thoroughly enough, right? It was still as ungrilled as it is when they pull it out of the bag. And the smoothie was just as bad - within the first minute of receiving it, it went from delicious to watery and bland with clumps, because it hadn't been in the blender long enough. The physics of cooking are simple; the longer the food spends with heat, the more cooked its going to be, and vise versa. So how she thought she could undercook my dinner and I wouldn't notice it is a real mystery.

   If there is an option for zero I would give that. Worse customer service I ever had . That girl didn’t even bother to heat my pita. When I asked for it she pretended to hear and removed just in 3 sec what a lazy girl. Didn’t know how to serve.

   The most terrible Pita Pit I have ever had. Normally when I come away from Pita Pit I feel like I have had a healthy tasty option. This one was yellow meal, almost the whole way through and was mainly chicken lettuce and Mayo. It was greasy and tasteless. I had asked for lots of salad and my server had ignored me. Will keep going to Pita Pit. Just not the one in the Base.

   Worst customer service.. staff was so rude and were making faces while I was ordering I asked to add halloumi and they just put it without cutting it in pieces even I asked for edamame beans and he give me such a bad expression like I’m asking him to do something wrong??!! They just keep on talking to each other in there language and I can’t understand what they are saying but they were talking in very rude way I’m not sure if they were talking about me.:: I have been to many other pita pit stores and all of them have very nice customer service but this store is the worst..

   Out of all the Pita Pits I’ve visited, this one probably makes the tastiest pitas. I love the new plant based options which provides vegan options too. Falafel is certainly my favourite.
