   Took my vehicle in for a WOF. It was quiet when I went so got seen to within 5 minutes. The whole process took maybe 25 minutes. Staff were helpful and clear about what would happen. Thank you.

   I visited the branch to renew my driver licence. According to the signage, the shop is open until 5 pm, with driver licensing services available until 4 pm. I arrived at 3:40 pm, well within the advertised service window, and joined the queue where only four people were ahead of me. After less than two minutes in the queue, I was told by the staff member on duty that I would not be served because she was leaving at 4 pm to attend to personal matters (go home to her kids). Despite pointing out that it was still within the official licensing hours, she refused to serve me and told me to go home. Her manner was dismissive and rude. This is completely unacceptable. If staff are unable to fulfil advertised service hours due to personal commitments, it is the responsibility of the branch to ensure appropriate cover or replacement staff. Customers should not be turned away within advertised opening hours. Being told to leave when I had arrived on time was both frustrating and shocking.

   I take a few of my older cars here (even though it’s across town!) because the inspectors seem to genuinely care about them. They take the time to show me under the hoist things that aren’t wof failures, but should keep an eye on. Appreciate the service.

   Rude, deliberately unhelpful staff. Terrible customer service. Went to a different provider of the same service and had excellent service. Your entire business is based on customer service, do a better job.

   No stars. Useless for drivers licensing never have any staff available. Cant book an appointment utterly unusable.

   Get another driver license station . 2 members of staff free but can’t help because you only have one drivers licence computer. Huge line and wait . Simple solution just no one’s solved the obvious.

   Saturday morning. 1 person on the desk. Line of people out the door. At times only 1 person doing the WOFs. Feel sorry for the ones that work all week then have to spend hours waiting on a Saturday waiting. They know Saturdays are going to be busy so why not more staff?

   A simple car WOF took 90 minutes and at a time of day that wasn't super busy. Had to understand why it took over an hour before the vehicle was looked at. Even longer lines of vehicles waiting when I was leaving.
