   I have never asked for sushi to order and will never buy sushi unseen again. I have just spent 86.00 as my son is flying in and I said we have great sushi . The sushi was loose and the salmon was minuscule and the avo was brown if it even was present in each piece . Was a regular patron but will never go there again . I am embarrassed to serve this to my guests tonight and thinking of doing an emergency dash to get some from somewhere else

   Just eaten at Sushi Ya and happy to say it was a fabulous experience. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and Joe is obviously a true artist in the kitchen. Looking forward to our next visit. Definitely worth the visit.

   Great sushi shop, we fresh sushi, bento bowls, Japanese curry and miso. Plenty of vegetarian options and the shop is wheelchair accessible.

   Usually have a good experience here, but today was awful. I ordered donbury takeaway, and specifically asked it to be WITHOUT RICE! The lady asked if I want it on salad and I said yes, please on salad. So I drove all the way home with my takeaway and guess what - it was half of plate rice there, which I can't eat. So still hungry and very disappointed. I would drive back to ask for a refund, but live quite far, and specifically went there to have a nice meal. Very poor service.

   Ive had rice balls from here and more often than not the rice was mushy with hards bits, chicken was rock hard and it had an overall a bad texture.

   Good sushi but the person at the counter made the experience bad. I bought around $30 worth of sushi and while paying, asked for some ginger. She said 'This doesn't come with ginger'. I mean, how much does that ginger cost? Especially if they give it for free with wasabi with other sushi packs? I wish I had gotten her name. She also looked annoyed while I was trying to pay and said 'The machine takes time!'.

   I love their sushi, especially the tempura teriyaki salmon. They never seem to have enough to fill a container depending when you go, however I appreciate the balanceyo not overdo the quantity st any one time. You can ask and they're always accommodating.
