   We use to come here over a year ago and the service was great and the burritos were well made and tasty. Very disappointed with our latest visit. The burritos we ordered had missing ingredients, did not taste fresh, fell apart when eating them and was completely tasteless. The place was staffed with only one employee who was trying to juggle too many things at once, including attending the till, cooking burgers and preparing burritos all at the same time - what a shambles! No wonder the quality has gone down. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

   Possibly one of the worst takeout operations I've experienced. When the payment portal crapped itself I decided to go down there to order, can't imagine how long it would have taken if I had successfully ordered online. The staff are clueless, orders taken incorrectly, not offered the usual options just all dumped in the bowl and incredibly slow service. Took 20 minutes to prepare a taco salad, got it wrong and then looked at me like I'm the problem when I asked for a refund. Never going back.

   I’ve been here twice and have enjoyed my experience! Taco Tuesday is a great deal, with $4.5 tacos. I highly recommend the pork, and don’t be afraid to add a spicier salsa, they aren’t hot and taste much better. There’s also a good balance between meat, salad, and sauce. It’s a shame the fried chicken taco isn’t part of this deal. Service was good and the tacos were made within five minutes, so they’re a great takeaway option. The shop is laid out well and a nice place to eat. The use of cardboard/paper packaging is also a big plus.

   I've given this place a lot of chances to be good since it opened but unfortunately it's just sub par especially compared to the other mexicali namely wigram and spitfire. Food is consistently dry, poorly made and never tastes as good as the other options. Service is inconsistent at best.

   This meal was disgusting, it arrived cold and was like the chicken had been through a blender. $9 of chips and all we got was a tiny cold handful. No labeling on burritos, so when was delivered no idea who's was who's. I ended up throwing my burrito out. Never again

   Unfortunately the wigram mexicali sets a high bar, burrito size is bigger and folded probably so it’s an even spread of filling. Here they are heavy on the beans n rice! Shy on the important parts, get that cheese in there, it’s mex! This time I got there and they hadn’t noticed my online order and hadn’t started making it, 20 minutes of my life wasted…

   Felt staff are a bit flustered by trying to do too much, seems they need an extra pair of hands. The Burrito lacked flavour, the chicken was that dry that they mustve gave me what seemed like extra sour cream as a moisturiser for it!! Absolutely no doubt in my mind that this was a big waste of hard earned money. I would avoid.

   I got nachos and forgot what my friend got but we were both very disappointed, the nacho chips were like eating cardboard and that was a similar theme for the rest of the food. Could make better nachos at home so was a surprise to see a dedicated mexican place make such poor nachos. Maybe it was luck of the draw with who made it but was not good, ended up throwing most of it out. Staff seemed like your average run of the mill young person who doesn't care so nothing too abnormal there.
