Don’t book them as they are not prepared to listen to their customers. We had to cancel our accommodation because we couldn’t get to Christchurch from south as the Rangitata river was flooding and the bridge was gone. We immediately called the motel just after lunch to explain the situation. The only thing the owner said you had to call Booking.com. We said it was the same day cancellation and there would be no refund. She said ‘that is right’. We said it was not our choice to not to go. It was a natural disaster totally out of our control. Asked what your solution would be. Still the same answer ‘contact Booking.com and no refund’. The whole conversation was cold and insensitive to our situation. Not even saying ‘sorry to hear you have to change your travel plan. Here is our offer or policy’. We know where we will not stay next time in Christchurch. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Nice place to stay if you prefer a quiet and good sleep. Not far to go to Recarrton shopping mall and Christchurch airport. 5GB wifi upto 5 devices. Photo took before check out. Standard facilities at the most motels.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent daily servicing. Decor maybe out dated, but the comfortable beds and amazing water pressure make up for that. Amazingly helpful host makes this our only Christchurch place we stay at.

Tired and run down for its price but to be fair I don't know Christchurch motel prices as this my first visit in years. Didn't like paying up front, used to having details taken and paying when leaving but who knows perhaps they've had issues in the past. On the plus, it was quiet and need comfortable.
