   #BADCUSTOMERSERVICE #BADEXPERIENCE Went yesterday to get my young daughter’s haircut. Female hairdresser was NOT FRIENDLY, she was RUDE and had a BAD ATTITUDE! She wasn’t talking with us at all it was awkward. USING FORCE without saying anything to turn my child’s head! I asked her to talk to my child instead of just doing that. NOT GOOD WITH CHILDREN! my child was uncomfortable with her. Hairdresser was unreasonable, IMPATIENT and she showed frustration. She was rough with my child and CARELESS brushing back & forth directly over and across my child’s eyes with a barber brush, so the the bristles poked her eyes! My daughter cried out and tried to move but the lady wasn’t stopping until I said “STOP you’re hurting her”. It was TRAUMATIC. A parents worst nightmare is their child being mistreated. My child’s skin was irritated and red around the eyes. Horrible customer service from her, hairdresser from hell. Venting her anger on my innocent child. She was ARROGANT - didn’t show remorse, DIDN’T APOLOGISE to us! Other Male hairdresser finished the haircut. He was polite & professional. He didn’t charge us thankfully. But they RUINED my daughter’s beautiful hair. He suggested a haircut style and I said no but he insisted it would be good. I should have told him NO firmly as I knew it wouldn’t be right for her hair type. OVERALL REGRET going here. They don’t even deserve one star

   I went in for a trim, and one of the hairdressers did a dry blunt cut on my curly hair, which I didn’t like so I went back the next day to get it fixed and I ask another hairdresser if she could make my ends lighter, she went in with thinning shears all over my hair, even to my roots…all I want was for her to go in with scissors and chop into the ends. My hair is now frizzy and has lost its natural curl. Cheers.

   Went here few weeks back & Extremely poor service from the lady wth purple hair. Also tried to charge my 12yr old son a adult price intil i said something. We live in The lakes & will never be back.

   Absolutely shocking…. The worst haircut I've ever seen, ruined my sons hair. Cut it way to short even after I explained what he wanted. The lady was so rude about it and just said “oh well its done now” I will be going back in without my son to have proper words with them and lay a formal complaint

   My younger sister went here and she told me that lady who did her hair was rude and didn't even give her the cut she wanted. She wanted a fringe but never got one the sides of her hair is uneven and so is the back. Worst hair cuts. Don't go there is you value your hair.

   The hair dresser ruined my young teenagers hair.It was cut way to short and maybe if she had of checked with him or the parent about length this wouldn't have been a fail. We could have achieved the very same cut using electric clippers at home without the flat bald patch at the frount of his head. I should have read other reviews and would not have trusted in the Sharing Shed. The hair dresser was very rude when his mother rang to discuss how she could avoid this from happening in future. Very disappointing.Very sad for my son who has had his confidence crushed and needing help with anxiety caused by this terrible hair cut.
