These guys are the place to go. Every time. Years ago my friend sent me to their other shop to buy a battery. I had the battery for 2 and 1/2 years before I sold the car with it in it. At the time the battery cost me $30. I but tyres that other places try to charge me 3 times the price. Today we purchased 2 very good tires for $80. They will last us a couple of years. I always buy our tires here. Any part the have never let me down in 15 years.
Fantastic service. I called in the morning to ask about a particular Mazda car part, Atlas took details and said they'd contact me back. I didn't expect an email so quickly and within 30 minutes they had checked the part for me and even sent pictures to make sure it was the right fit for my car. They got the item ready and off the car once I had made payment to secure it, I collected it in the afternoon and left very happy. The part fits and works better than before!! Since they are located so close to home and great service, I will definitely use again in the future.
Purchased a part that was subsequently not required. Took the part back within 5 days for a refund. Expected a restocking fee, but no, sorry, no refunds. We'll except there was no sorry. This was after 3 visits to get the part in the first place. Told to come back twice before the part was available. Sorry cant recommend this trader
READ THE BAD REVIEWS! SUPER SKETCHY very unprofessional company. i told them not to come because a different company was coming. they kept calling me from different numbers with different company names. they were harassing me to sell them the car and wouldn’t take no for an answer. the guy still showed up after i told him not to come 3 times and stood outside my car. very sketchy and untrustworthy.
Quite possibly the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I was called straight back when i requested an 'instant quote' the person didn't announce who he was or what company he was from, didn't actual have a number prepared and it was more was like i was talking to someone off the street doing a dodgy dealing. He got details completely wrong and when i chased up he had me put on hold for 2 minutes when he had called me. I wrote a complaint on the website and they have since apologized, however I feel this doesn't excuse anything. The management of the company needs address this. The professional image that website shows vs what you get on the phones is night and day.
Shameless operator, sent me a broken car part, after that I called him that it is broken he did not accept and told it is broken on the way. But after that I told him there is not any broken piece inside the pocket he had to accept and ask me to return it to us. I posted it, but they did not refund my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
