   My daughter and I were just in store at Dangerfield Tauriko to purchase something and as we got to the counter we were told that they can’t serve us because we were on a banned list. We have never stolen something from the store and the last time we went there my daughter spent over $200 She was going to use my gift voucher there that she got for her birthday. We got them to call security because we wanted to know why we got banned but they would not tell us. My daughter works in retail and I know you cannot ban someone from the store if they have not stolen or abused staff. We have not done either of those things. We feel humiliated as people were watching and we were treated like criminals. I feel like this is unacceptable and unprofessional as she had no reason to ban us. If this is Dangerfields policy then we will no longer be shopping there which is really upsetting because it is my favourite store.

   The staff are so kind and helpful but I bought a pair of boots and they broke within two wears. The platforms completely came off. Awesome clothing. Not sure if it was just my specific pair or a flaw of the shoes.

   Had a fantastic experience in store today, with super friendly and helpful staff. I found the cutest tartan dress on sale, and am very happy with my purchase. I want to give an extra special shout out to Shania who was working the front counter, as she made me feel so welcome, and was very accommodating. She is an asset to the team, and I would love if my compliments could be passed on to her and her manager xx Many thanks!

   Pretty poor customer manner. Everyone has bad days, but if you get paid to work in customer service, you gotta learn to suck it up. Side note: a lot of judgmental looks from a staff member literally wearing cobweb eyeliner?? You'd think a store with alternate clothing would have less judgmental staff. I will be shopping online now to avoid having to deal with the staff here.

   The staff were so fantastic with helping me find everything, and then went the extra mile ordering items for me in the right sizes. They were using a new system of ordering and it took a little figuring out, they were super apologetic for the wait but they were so sweet I didn't mind in the slightest. The Sunday staff all deserve a raise!

   Loved it in this store!!! Never been in before… The young staff member working was SO helpful and even went to the extent to open up a box to show me more stock that wasn’t yet on the shelf… I tried it all on and everything fits PERFECTLY! They have so much interesting and cool stuff in here! Love it!

   My daughter placed an online order product from this store for a Xmas gift for her sister and waited a month with no communication until today. She received an email stating she would be refunded the amount as their system had updated and they couldn't process the order. I have read a lot of similar reviews on another website. They now are trending a 1 star rating. Well done guys. What a sham!

   Really love the range & the style of the clothes. However in this particular store is lacking in customer service. I've been in about 4 times over the last 6 months & the staff have never greeted or acknowledge me, or offered any assistance. If they work on their customer service I would give them 5 stars.
