   Requested for the airport shuttle and waited for good one hour at the airport.Was told to wait for up to 4hrs and finally was told he is not coming to pick me at all.Told him his service is really bad but he countered me by literally screaming at me saying I didn’t request in Advance.Seriously whose the customer here?It’s not free shuttle by the way.Customer has already paid through accepting the room cost.You were just lazy to pick me as I saw you in the office doing nothing when I came back after waiting for 4hrs at the airport.Please do something about your customer service.its just like being bitten by a dog that you feed. Secondly your rooms are super dusty.Do something about it too.Wouldn’t recomend this hotel at all.Sunday 24th Nov 3pm. Wouldn’t be surprise you are actually the owner that’s why you behave that way. *In your reply you are trying to put up as a victim instead of resolving issues.Shame on you as a service provider.You manipulated the whole thing to make yourself sound innocent. From my side you deserve the low ratings for your behaviour shouting at your customer. I will never Recomend your place ever for sure. I’ve been to many hotel and motels and for sure they don’t behave like you.

   The owner of this motel was very enthusiastic. He personally picked us up at the airport and drove us to the supermarket in the evening to buy breakfast for the next day. Then when we said we had to leave very early the next morning and there was no car to go to the airport, he offered to take us to the airport. Although he had to pay a fee every time he went to the airport, I strongly recommend this motel to everyone.

   Enjoyed our 1-night stay. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Was able to enjoy Disney + Netflix and free tea coffee service. Definitely stay again.

   Stayed here for the night after flying into Chch very late evening. Really easy late check in and probably the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in. Room was warm on arrival. Lovely service and I would highly recommend.

   Lovely stay. Clean and comfy. Only downfall was the knock at the door at 9am, when check out is 10am. Although the person was lovely, I felt a bit rushed out the door.

   Great location. Customer service is very poor and rude. There is mould on the roof in the bathroom cleaning is done to a bare min outside the bedroom window is a horrible mess nothing nice to look at. Responsibly priced but will never stay again due to the lack of customer service.

   Very clean unit. Slightly dated decor but absolutely fine. We made use of the airport shuttle and appreciated the free use of washing machine, a rarity these days. Friendly service, would definitely stay here again. Also handy location.

   An absolutely outstanding experience. Great service from Brian & the housekeeping team, who were exceedingly helpful to us from start to finish. The room was pristine, and very well equipped for its' size. All in all, this hotel shows the difference that great management & staff can make to a business. Totally top drawer!! :)
