   Absolutely delicious food. We have eaten at every restaurant in Christchurch and this is hands down the best place and best savlaki we've had on the entire Christchurch. The owner and the staff are very friendly, and we keep coming back here over and over again, can't resist Just wonderful.

   Vishu was super friendly and cooked 4 fresh and delicious souvlaki. He went out of his way to serve them as they were made. We’ve been coming here for 15 years for tasty souvlaki; it never disappoints.

   Did a Door Dash order. Food was great, no complaints there. But wrapping souvlaki in plastic is a big mistake. The food sweats and makes the paper incredibly soggy resulting in it falling apart. Foil would be a much better option as it allows the steam to escape.

   This is our go-to souvlaki place and usually we are always satisfied by the freshness and flavor of this place. We haven't been in a month or so until tonight, we ordered a medium spice meat on chips and a medium souvlaki, our usual order. For some reason it was insanely spicy, when we both have order medium spice for as long as we can remember. It was at the point where you could taste nothing but the spice. Very disappointed as ToE is usually very good!

   Disgusting out the back horrible service gave my food to wrong customer served me cold deluxe meal , cheese is stored in another shop man handles other customers chips with hands and no gloves after cooked and dropped on bench meat is pre cooked and stored if you want to experience indian street food like you see on you tube the is the place

   Deliciously messy is my best description of Taste of Egypt! I’ve been going here for Years & it’s always fantastic! I decided to get a small & was jam packed with salad & meat as the large is too big for me. Love the flavour & speed of service. The only down is the plastic forks which I decline but you kinda need a fork as it’s a messy but amazing!
