   The walks in this reserve are so good the board walks are wide and safe. Most of the steps are not to steep and the gravel paths are very wide. My pups love this place as there are so.many shady tracks to walk.

   Johnson Reserve, just below Waipuna Park, is an excellent park, with an easy gravel walk. Great for running and cycling with many beautiful trees surround the path, with the sound of flowing water from the stream that runs through the park. Excellent place to take your dogs for a walk and swim in the stream.
