   This is an edit of my old review and based on two different experiences. Had a poor experience on phone in June 2022, very poor response and just hung up the phone. But my most recent experience was much better, in December 2023: Quick and responsive service. Went there for my parents' Life certificate with an appointment, it was done straightaway, no delays or waiting time. So updating my review from 1 to 4 stars.

   Great to have office in Auckland, Overall good experience, but it should be clear on consular website that any attestation is $20 per document. It's around $100 or $120 NZD price if you have 5 or 6 documents to be attested. It should be low or free. On the website it says any attestation is $20, it not clear its for one documents or all documents.

   Don't know if they deserve 1 star, 2 weeks and nkt been able to get through to someone over the phone. They do not respond back to emails either. What kind of consulate service it is, for nation of 1.5 bil. Hopeless

   Easy and friendly . Been there 3 times with a friend,getting an appointment was not an issue,once you have all your papers/documents organized it’s very easy to get your job done. Had seen people coming messed up with their papers and trying to fill up forms etc ,those who may have a different say but for us it’s been done quite well..

   Awesome service! Please make sure you read all the instructions on the website and follow them properly. If you have questions call them and ask them before you go there. The lady at the front desk sorting out all the papers and crowd is absolutely amazing! I’m not sure how she manages to multitask the way she does with all the questions and request being thrown her way. And she still has a smile because she knows she’s added great value, she deserves a raise!
