   Came to renew a passport, bare in mind you can download the form online and also get a witness (must be tongan passport holder) to fill their part and behind the passport photo. And it only took a week for ours to renew it. See photo of instructions/details for process of a new one or to renew one.

   Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Went to renew a passport, got told once we were there that they only accept cash, left to take cash out then went back to pay was then told they don’t have change to give back so we ended up paying extra on top of an extra fee for an emergency passport. The day the passport was ready they called twice only, phone calls weren’t received as we were working so we called around 4pm to follow up, the man on the phone was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with, yelling at us saying they called twice, telling us to never call them again saying we didn’t receive calls, he was aggressive, demanding and wouldn’t let us speak just kept yelling over the top of us. The conversation ended with him threatening us with “do you want the passport or not” and then hanging up on us when I tried to answer his question. I will be taking this complaint further as this is extremely unacceptable from a government agency especially when we pay a decent amount of money for a service we don’t expect to be treated like that. Extremely disappointing.

   Very slow service. Went to renew wife passport a month ago and still waiting. Very frustrated. Lady at office say still not arrive with fedex but why it take so long
