    When we entered the shop, we were greeted by two staff. They left us to it for a short time to browse, which we appreciated, rather than being jumped on as soon as we went in. After a suitable amount of time Jackson asked if he could help. We were extremely impressed with the way he presented himself, his professionalism, knowledge & customer service skills. We bought what we wanted there and then, rather than browsing at other shops. Jackson is a big asset to this shop.

    Solid staff who acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store, and were more than helpful with discussing options. I'd say slightly above average jewelry store experience. However, the store was cleaned out after a sale which I was pretty disappointed by. The website showed they still had stock in rings I was interested in, but when I showed up they said they didn't have them. Better inventory management that is reflected online would've saved some disappointment.

    My Daughter bought me 2x rings for my Brithday to surround my current one however the colours were all off so we returned them and bought a ring with a band that looked beautiful in the photos and appeared to be pretty in store however upon wearing it I discovered the band didn't make the middle ring centered, it threw it off on side so I decided to return it. I have Fibromyalgia so its very hard to get motivated each day due to chronic pain... I left it right until the last minute as I just wasn't feeling up to going anywhere and went in on the 14th day (the receipt says must return within 14 days however the website says 30) the store clerk inspected the ring for such a long time and then went to speak to whom I presume to be a Manager. When he came back he mentioned I had already made one return and that this would have to be the last return... I thought the hesitation was because it was the 14th day... however I was quite confused with the information he relayed and quite embarrassed. I had only worn the ring twice and as I mentioned the band should have complimented the ring as it was a 2x piece set instead of making the centre piece stand out gaudily on one side. It was a gift and I was returning it. What was the problem? Were they assuming I was just wearing rings for 2 weeks then bringing them back? I dont know but it made me feel uneasy and embarassed. I will not shop at this branch ever again. Maybe change your terms on returns then if you cant return something due to a change of mind as the warranty states, even though it wasn't my fault the rings in a 2x piece set didn't compliment each other.

    Very poor customer service, weren't acknowledged when we walked in, completely ignored, had to get their attention when we were clearly there to buy. Once we had attention the young guy was helpfull but didn't really make up for it. You should acknowledge every customer that walks in the door like they do at Michael Hill which is where I ended up buying my expensive gold bangle from.

    I had an awesome experience here thanks to Stacey! I went in after buying a watch from their competitor just down from them to get my watch links adjusted since the lady there said there tool was broken(misinformation I found out later). Stacey helped me out with getting the watch adjusted and I noticed it just didn't feel right. I did notice another watch in the display case which looked similar to the one I was replacing. I ended up taking the watch back and coming back to purchase the Seiko watch from Pascoe's not just because I liked the watch but I enjoyed the service I got from Stacey as she wasn't trying to push a sale and just showed the relaxed kiwi demeanor that alot of sales reps in NZ have lost these days. She also provided me with information that was neglected at the competitor about watch care and handling and I also got a my Mothers Christmas gift whilst there. Great job and thank you for an awesome customer experience!

    Amazing service!! After heading into another jewelry store and being made to feel so embarrassed and ashamed at my ring budget…I went to pascoes where they were absolutely LOVELY! And a year later I have head in to get my ring cleaned for free and they were again, amazing!!! Thank you!

    Ok heres the story. I went shopping with friend for watch for hubby for xmas. Bought him a G shock. Unknown to me he was shopping at pascoes northlands for my xmas pressy. Bought me a G Shock.. how crazy is that neither of us discussed watches at any time.

    Given a watch that was purchased at this store. Went to the store to have some links taken from the strap, only to find there was a notice taped next to the door stating they would not re-size watch straps on that day, Boxing Day, December 26, but to come back from December 27. Not that the store was busy, two staff members standing doing nothing at the counter. Extremely poor customer service, I'm sure if I was to purchase a watch from them today, they would size the strap to get the sale, even though the notice said they weren't doing strap sizing. If they thought that they would get more sales from not doing the sizing, THEY WERE WRONG!!!!! they have lost at least 2 customers, probably more once I tell others of their poor service. This was not a company decision, just Northlands store, as I went straight to the Palms store and they did the sizing on the spot, great service at the Palms store, will go there for future purchases, they know how to look after customers, and the watch wasn't even purchased at their store. So make sure you go anywhere but this store, they have NO!!! customer service. Even tried to call and speak to the manager, they didn't answer their phone, could have been another lost sale for all they know.

    27/12 Staff were lovely. Greeted with a smile by both ladies. Came from Palms Pascoes because we were unhappy with the lack of customer service there. Lady that served us was fast and efficient. Noticed that both members were friendly and greeted most customers in store. Great sale of 40% off.
