We are the only guest that day. The house was nice and have complete necesities. Penny the owner was nice and friendly...very recommended.
Very spacious and clean with awesome environment, this is not the point. The most important thing comes from the person in charge, Penny, who is a superwoman, quick response, fast makeup, superb in considerate from customers perspective. Full kitchen and great breakfast with almost all you want. We had a great dinner during our stay, lamb,seafood, soup, wine and desert with minimum cost, an excellent experience, last but not least, the price for such a B n B was very reasonable and I made a reservation for our return to Christchurch later this month after our tour round the South Island.
There are three bedroom, two on an upstair and another on on a downstair. The bed was cosy. They also provide an easy breakfast: bread, cereal, and coffee.
