   Went here to eat for one of my family member's birthday. I ordered BBQ chicken with BBQ sauce (non-spicy). I liked it and was satisfied. Will hopefully return to eat here sometime in the future. Service was great as well, nothing wrong with it. I also like how there is an option for the customer to eat outside at this restaurant.    I had the lamb loin today at Jimmy’s Smokehouse, and it was absolutely excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly – tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Every bite had a beautiful smoky char that paired so well with the seasoning. The sides and presentation were just as impressive, making the whole meal feel like a treat. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend for anyone who loves quality, flavourful food!

   I would say the garlic butter bread is the top 3 bread I have even had!!! Lamb sirloin taste super good!! Steak are normal cuz I prefer steak with more fats but it depends on the type of beef used and the body part. They got a all you can eat set cost 55 pp only!!! Definitely give it a try if come again next time

   My partner and I arrived early, around 5:30pm on a Thursday, and by 6:00pm the place had already started to fill up. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and shown to a cosy corner table — a great start to the evening. We ordered the Land Trio and the salt and pepper squid. The sirloin steak was a standout — not huge in size, but packed with flavour. It was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. The chicken wing had a lovely smoky touch, while the pork belly was a pleasant surprise. Rather than the typical melt-in-your-mouth style, it had a more refined, fusion-inspired treatment — slightly smoky, tender, and well-balanced, even cutting through the fatty layer beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and would definitely recommend this place to others!

   I had the best steak here. So tender and well-seasoned, that you'll have to find this place again. Also fish and chips are fantastic. You can feel it as you bite it. Other side dishes and drinks do a great job to enjoy main dishes much more. Tried other smokehouses nearby but cannot name one single place better than here.

   Great service and food! Good portion sizes and the flavour was amazing. We were a group of 8 and everyone was impressed. The only negative is cocktails (mojito, tequila mule and sangria) were a bit too sweet for our liking, but the food was awesome! Definitely will be back!

   It was the best meal ever. 
The seafood was cooked smoothly and not tough, and the meat tasted good, too. I loved this barbecue 
And the last one you can't leave out is fish and chips. The crispy fries are amazing. Make sure to try fish and chips! It's a good restaurant I want to go to every time I go to Christchurch.
