   Contacted this firm 2 weeks ago for a relatively simple but urgent question via their online website tool, followed up twice via phone call and made it clear I was happy to pay for what would probably be an hours work. Still dont even have an email followup so had to guess what I needed to do for the legal situation I am in. My advice is find another firm.
