Not been the most straightforward company to deal with. My father in law, who is a proud and organised man, has found the payment process both difficult and frustrating. Two bills (rather then one on one statement) led to one being missed. He then could not pay at the company or on the phone by eftpos, and due to his age and lack of online banking facilities meant he had to go to the bank to make his payments. The follow-up from accounts could also be reminded to have a more sympathetic approach when dealing with the older generation.
The Director Patrick Costello is scum. He manipulates, sends emails which threaten eviction and livelihood and gets third party contractors to drive by the house and take photos. He is a total creep and a weird man. He has two personalities and is not the man you see in the suit. He took photos of my property via a third party contractor which made me feel unsafe.
Phone messages left on behalf of a minor (not my child) as advised by Police however no one returned call

My lawyers, my dear Mother's lawyers, and a family place with mana. To be fair, I'm no fan of lawyers or their invoices but this company are worth their weight in gold. Totally professional yet with a personal touch that maked their office a very pleasant place to visit. What I really want to say is their senior receptionist is top notch.
