Very friendly, efficient and professional
It's unfortunate that I have to resort to leaving feedback here but I am driven to, given that if any member of my family emails, calls or even stops in to ask the receptionist for so much as an update, we are charged an exorbitant amount for doing so. Our uncle passed well over a year ago and Rachel has not made this last process easy by any means. We get invoiced every month (last one close to $1000.00) but after all this time, no closure and not even a basic email letting us know where things stand. I would not recommend this law firm as it stands.
