Toda a viagem, pacote contratado e prestação dos serviços foram impecáveis Além de tudo isso, quando tive um problema particular com o documento de autorização para entrar na Nova Zelândia(NZETA), a Mary não mediu esforços para ajudar, mesmo sendo ás 22:50hs da noite em Auckland e ajudou a solucionar o problema.     I can only thank NZEGA for making the biggest dream of my life an incredible reality. Mary served us very well from the beginning, I started to quote the tour with her before I was sure if I would be able to travel, after receiving the travel itinerary, I saw that it was more than possible. As a big Lord of the Rings fan, she arranged my itinerary for all my needs and tastes and gave me lots of tips before I even left the country. And you feel like you're the most important person with Mary's service, we had some problems with the agency, we bought the tickets at the last minute, and when I spoke to her about the subject, in addition to solving all the script problems that the agency created when she changed my travel days, she still calmed me down and gave me peace that everything would be possible, apart from the feat of having fit everything into the tight date! It was the best experience of my life to get to know this country with so many friendly people and natural beauties.     We traveled in December 2018 to New Zealand and Australia with NZega and it was fantastic!! Mary was super attentive and all the hotels and tours recommended and scheduled were excellent!! On our last day in NZ we met Mary for a tour and a drink in Christchurch and she had us get a Scooter, which was..... SENSATIONAL!!!
