   Shocking customer service at Cosmic Sydenham. I tried to return a $60 case that broke after 2 weeks, and the staff member Millie smugly said “I’m not doing anything about that” — then offered me a discount to buy a new one??? She’s been rude on two separate visits, has no clue about the products, and clearly doesn’t want to help customers. We’ve spent thousands with Cosmic over the years — but we won’t be back with someone like her behind the counter.

   Great wee store..unusual gifts smoking devices & accessories, incense, great range of hair colours/dyes, unusual clothing etc..staff are always lovely, everytime I've been in!! Nice work on all you've employed!! ♥ prices are average, Not overpriced & deals on Vapes/refills etc

   Staff were very friendly and helpful, went in to change all my piercings, they do not have piercers onsite, so have to change all your own piercings. The earrings themselves were all fairly priced, I love that they had gold in stock, most places I went had only silver or rose gold.

   Have been cosmic for a while now, normally excellent service and staff but today Was one of the worst experiences I've had in a vape store before. The young lady with pink hair serving me did not want to be their, I was asking her questions about the product and was not one bit interested, she also didn’t put the product in my hand just dumped it on the counter, no thank you or even a smile. Love the shop so will be coming back but will not be getting served by her again.
