Had terrible experience with this shop bought shisha head few weeks ago did not work properly refuse to return it’s definitely faulty product manager and staff didn’t help at all as per their return policy clearly says if its not fit for purpose can return replace or refund

These guys sell nangs and act like they're for cooking. Attitude of the service was below par. Terrible place. Will not go back.
Top service. Friendly informative staff however after driving from out of town into the city to purchase a new vape worth $230 then get home to find out that the said vape doesn't come with a battery which i wasnt informed about at the time. Maybe just chuck a sticker on the box to let people know. I was able to score a battery thanks to a mate. Keep up the good work.
