   A very pleasant shopping experience. The mall is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with a good variety of shops and dining options. Easy to walk around and definitely a nice place to spend time.

   Lovely lay-out, good selection of groceries and love that they still have a Deli and Bakery section where most supermarkets have moved to pre-packaged goods only. They have Lotto and also a Cafe at the entrance too.

   It is my local. But I avoid it. High prices Surly service at times. Icing on the cake. Getting charged for things I didn't buy. Frequently over changing errors The response from staff was off hand to say the least. Didn't get an apology at all Always check your receipt! Better still go somewhere where prices are better and you dont get charged for stiff you didn't buy

   We have high expectations of this branch because some people said this was the best New World. However one time, we had our order delivered, but the delivery guy wasn’t careful some bottles arrived broken. When I visited the branch, the manager wasn’t kind enough to explain things properly and just made me feel embarrassed. I only found out later that the branch isn’t responsible for online orders. It would’ve helped if that was clearly explained. I also wish there were an option to choose which branch handles your online delivery. Then today, our Clubcard wouldn’t swipe, and we had to pay full price, another frustrating moment. It’s just been a series of issues that add up. Shopping here has become inconvenient, and we’ve decided not to shop at this branch again.

   Brilliant Supermarket and an especially brilliant bakery, with wonderful staff. Tamsin has the amazing brioche sliders ready every Sunday morning, going the extra mile, and with a smile and a cheerful greeting. I Thank the Lord for Tamsin, she is a blessing! Best Supermarket bakery around!

   As always clean and well stocked. Very helpful and friendly staff, one lady took me to the aisle I needed, then she helped another customer the same way, whilst another member of staff did the same thing. Highly recommend.

   The staff here have an interesting culture where the checkout operator and bagger will totally ignore customers to chat with each other or even to staff behind them as they scan ect. It is embarrassing to watch them chatting, feeling like you're interrupting their private social occasion. I'm pretty chill, it's nice to see staff enjoy their time at work but at the expense of customers? Nah.

   I went to the new world at st martins in the morning yesterday 25/05/2022, i got a pack of hellers country pork ,price on the tag was $7.49 , I didn't check my receipt at shop till I got home ,the price is $10.95 written on the receipt. As it is a handy shop to me so I went to get something on my way home this morning again ,I saw the pork sausage, the price is $7.49 the same price to yesterday so I went to the customer service to tell the lady who was behind counter, she gave me an impression that she wasn't happy about my complaints ,finally she said someone forgot to change the price at end of the week ,I was wondering how many people had bought it without looking at their receipts ? how much New world had made from the wrong prices on the products each day ?! she asked me to make another trip to get the receipt to prove I had purchased it then she will give $3.50 change back ,and no an apology given, as if I had been wrong to complain.
