   We waited for an hour and a half for our fish and chips and a burger and they messed it up and left me with no dinner (I have allergies) and the customer service is so awful ruined our whole night wouldn’t recommend unfortunately also the chip portion is also cheap but is so ridiculously small

   Just came here for dinner due to Joe's being closed- wish we hadn't. Young girl on the front counter served us with a lollipop hanging out of her mouth and seemed like she didnt want to be there at all. Food didn't take too long to come out but we were SO disappointed in the quality considering the price was incredibly high. Definitely won't be coming back sorry team ✌️

   Best takeaways in Raglan - Just good value! Fried chicken is awesome, burgers are big and fulling for only $10. Hope these guys stick around. Takeaways with a Japanese twist that always delivers on taste. You guys need to get a website

   Had to wait 1 hour & 20 minutes for food, would have no doubt been longer if I didn't query the bloke at the front who went out back and swiftly sorted it out. Appeared to have misplaced the order somewhere in the 4 feet from the counter to the cook. Happened to so many others waiting, was a shambles. The burgers were OK but were rather over priced. Will not be back.

   Had to wait over an hour for a burger and chip. The burger was amazing and the young Asian cook that’s there was really great, but the owner was really rude to people watched him watch straight past people with their orders that were clearly waving out to him and seen at least 5 people ask for refunds because it was taking to long. Plus she completely stuffed up one family’s order when they had been waiting over and hour and a half and they ended up walking out after not getting half of the food they had paid for

   I'm surprised there are no reviews for this tiny place at the end of the town. I had thee most beautiful fish & egg burger ever..cost $10 +$2 with an egg..but it was a larger size bun. My man had a BBQ beef burger & he loved his too..glad we didn't order chips as we were full just with the burgers. Highly recommend!!!
