Cafe: service - waited to place our order while staff member read something, then took half our order, then back to his booklet. Date scone very average, overcooked and flat; savory muffin was a joke: a slight taste of feta and a small spinach leaf in the bottom. First and last time
What an absolutely delightful garden centre, team members were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, loved my shopping experience, from the moment you walked in it was visually appealing, will definitely be back, highly recommended, very pooch friendly, dog in pic not mine
Gr8 shop, staff always helpfully have a lot of Knowlege. Particularly like the veg section they grow on well once put in my soil. Love the Gift shop
Palmer's Welcome Bay is in a handy position right on the big corner. Friendly staff and a good selection of plants. There is plenty of off street parking.

Absolutely excellent service from the owner Ryan, Vicki, the lady who took my original phone call and the man from California. The service was incredibly personalized, and as someone with limited gardening experience these guys went *above and beyond* with answering my questions. What started as wanting to plant some chili plants turned into a full summer garden. Their know how and enthusiasm; passion for what they do was clear. And it's part of what got me excited and ready to grow a full garden in the end. Absolutely awesome work and I'll definitely be back. 10 stars if it were possible. Photos attached are the final result after a couple days work.
