Very disappointed in the middle age Asian woman worker who decline my nana from getting alcohol and told her that she was too old. Nana dropped to the throw in disbelief.
I don't think it's appropriate for staff to have alcohol on their breath whilst serving customers. This isn't a pub. Shocked to say the least.
The lady with the side braid is so awesome, we had such a great customer experience! 10/10 would recommend to a friend

I have had friendlier customer service here so I returned to buy more. It was alright but I felt a little uncomfortable in how I was asked for I d and the guy never said hello to me either. I felt like I was not a valued customer but being interrogated by authority figure. No smile either.
