   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as being a first time pool owner. From start to finish the team made it easy. The support they have provided is second to none. From marking the site to completion the team has been amazing. Such a friendly crew to have at our home. Our pool is exceptional and is so easy to maintain. As is there is almost nothing to maintain! If you are looking for a pool and want to work with the best, look no further.

We have a special site that we we knew needed the right pool in the right place with the right surrounds. On time, on brief and on budget we are delighted to have chosen Central Pools for this project. Their team are outstanding. We had never been through a pool build process before and as such had an endless list of questions and concerns along the way. Their staff were professional, knowledgeable and approachable at all times. The pool is beautiful, the surrounds are stunning and we are very satisfied clients.    Jonelle and the team at Central Pools were amazing to deal with. Very professional with great communication, always available for after hours calls/texts and to pop round when needed. From organising the council consent and getting through our fencing issues to the final handover with Ray to show us (actually hubby) how to maintain our pool (with an awesome manual as well). We love our pool and so glad that we went with the self-cleaning system as it will leave us with more time to enjoy being in it!

   We like everything about Mike and Central Pools. We have tight access to our garden, that wasn't a problem they helicoptered the pool in. We don't like sweeping and vacuuming the pool, that's not a problem they have the self cleaning system. No problem too big or small and that's not just pre sales, even when the pool has been in place for over 12 months you can still phone Mike and he's more than happy to help, which is fantastic as most Companies after service isn't as responsive. I would, and do recommend Central Pools to anybody who asks.

I appreciated his straight talking and honesty about all aspects - he made sure we were well informed from the start. Mike and his team are next level AMAZING!!    Central Pools installed a pool for us j12 months ago. Last season, we used it from the beginning of November to May and with the heat pump going again this season, we have got it up to temperature and have been in it pretty much every day since Labour weekend. The pool looks beautiful and because of the unique self-cleaning system there is no work involved, it just does it itself. The steps offer our grandchildren a safe spot when they are swimming, which gives them confidence. The Central Pools team are extremely easy to work with, friendly, reliable and very efficient.
