My first experience with this business was very good. I dealt with Logan who was very knowledgeable and professional, the administrator was also very friendly. A few weeks later I took another car, I recently replaced the AC pump on the vehicle and paid them for a re-gas. After they had completed the re-gas the AC wasn't working and the technician suggested it was a defective part. I got the vehicle tested with a factory scan tool & also pressure gauges concluding that the system was under filled. Presenting them with this information the next day I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism and completely discrediting the diagnosis they would need to look into it for half a day. I went to a shop down the road who attached gauges and instantly concluded it was only half full, they added 250g of refrigerant and restored my AC to 100%. I would not trust the competency of this business when such a simple task can't be completed and a basic diagnosis can be disregarded. The business owner probably needs to evaluate what line of business he is in if he speaks to customers like they are idiots all the time.
I firstly had dealings with Helen in the office who went over and beyond in quickly finding my required part and getting it shipped up. She really made you feel at home in the office! The job ended up taking longer than expected, but quote was adhered to. Courtesy car was a dime and Andy went extra mile to deliver car to me after unexpected delays on getting the job done. Thanks team!
Had a positive experience with the work done. The office lady Helen was so amazing and knows her stuff. She was so impressive an her knowledge and reassurance on sorting the problem out. I give Helen 5 stars. The boss is a lucky man to have a valuable staff with lovely customer service skills.
My aircon was not working in my car so went to these guys. They serviced and gassed it up. It worked for 2 weeks before failing. All of the gas had leaked out. Pretty disappointing $200 dollars later and back to where I started.
Just recently had my Suzuki Swift serviced and found the team to be extremely helpful. They kept me informed of what was needed to be done and the timeframe and costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
