   They’ve started using AI to take orders at the drive through and it’s the worst decision ever. Took ages for it to get our order right and just made the whole experience annoying. Other than that food was good and the workers were lovely.

   Ordered from here via Uber Eats and never receive my full order, only half. Not to mention, every time I go inside the store, I always smile at the staff but they never smile back. They only smile back at the same race! And they’re not relayed either. Only some of them are friendly but some staff just stare at me like somethings wrong with me. Not very welcoming and they don’t read the order properly.

   Visit Date & Time: 16/08/2025, around 6:30 PM (Drive-through) Order Experience: The man taking orders over the speaker gets a 1/10. They clearly didn’t want to be there, showed no enthusiasm, and spoke so quietly that I struggled to hear them. Their tone made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering. Collection Experience: When I arrived at the window, the woman who served me offered no greeting, no eye contact, and gave zero acknowledgement that I was even a customer. Overall Impression: Poor communication and complete lack of customer service from both staff members. Food was good, coke zero was almost water though, ive experienced it allot at this Burger King

   Terrible Service. I asked for a frozen blueberry coke float like advertised in the picture and was given ice cream with chocolate sauce on top instead of just vanilla, I asked if i could get a new one without chocolate and they told me no because that’s just how they come. well obviously not because 1. it shows it on the signs that it can come with just vanilla and 2. i’ve had it before. we also watched them get multiple orders wrong and when we went to collect our orders they had to ask everyone what drinks they want even though they have our receipt with our orders. also watched them drop multiple cups on the ground and the vibe of the place was just off.

   We had the plant based chook sandwich and it was well assembled and delicious. We bought 5 altogether and they were all consistent. The premises looked tired and the staff have kept it as clean as possible but it was a little dull. Coming out of the carpark on to Te Rapa will be a little challenging on busy days because it exits right into a turning lane and will require patience and kindness from other motorists to get on to the next lane going straight towards The Base, and luck to get to the rightmost lane turning into Wairere Drive towards Flagstaff.

   Walked in there this morning for an early brunch (kids choice). There was a staff standing at the front waiting to serve customers. As I proceeded to the front ( no one was there but us) he literally went to the back looked at me and walked away. Then another person came out who was not in the best mood. Anyways I said good morning, they just grunted so I said good morning again but in a more firm and assertive tone they just rolled their eyes and said hi. Any way we ordered our food. Got it and it chips were cold as and definitely not fresh considering we were the only people there. I said oh our chips are cold and they just looked at me like I was annoying them ffs I ended up packing the kids up and left. Very disappointed. Customer service is absolutely SLACK!

   Had a good meal. The cashier/ worker Danny had a good customer service and a friendly demeanor. This BK is always pretty clean when I come here. Would recommend this over the Wendy's or maccas in this local area

   If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Absolutely awful food, basically inedible and we got short changed on the nuggets. I ordered 1 pack of 10 and 1 pack of 6, I got one box of 13...when I spoke to the manager all she said was " what do you want me to do about it?" The photo of the "triple" cheeseburger makes it look much better than it was. Took a couple of bites and gave up.

   Thanks to my phone, the picture looks better than it actually was. Worst burgers I've had in my life! When we arrived it was dead but all the tables were dirty. We offered to clean it ourselves but they said they would. By the time we got our food the tables were still dirty and by then too many customers so we took our food to go. Will never eat there again. If I could I'd rate 0 stars.
