I never normally write reviews but these guys are unbelievably bad. The service is disgraceful. For over two weeks I’ve been calling daily for them address a faulty door lock (front house door). They promise every time to call back and/or replace it the next day and haven’t once yet.

Sadly ordered some feature hardware for an expensive joinery unit, was told it would take 3 - 4 weeks 4 5 6 weeks came and went, I had to do the chasing up. Took I think about 4 months, didn’t care, no apologies when it did arrive. Won’t be good back any time soon !!! Kit Hollis Builders Inc
