   Went to the Christchurch branch to purchase a 6 mm diameter x 50 mm long hammer drill bit . I waited while the 1 other customer was being served . There were 4 staff in the showroom . 1 serving the other customer , 1 on a computer , 1 on their phone and the other I think “ I could not see them , only hear them “ was using a power tool that requires hearing protection to operate “unpleasant for me “ . I When finished with the 1 customer the 1 polite and helpful staff member told me that they would have to order the bit in . I told them I would purchase the bit elsewhere . Hilti Christchurch is missing a lot of stock on the shelves .. It looks like they are shutting down ? The drill bit I need is a very common size . Hilti , very good tools . Hilti Christchurch , your service and stock availability sucks “ except 1 of your staff was trying very hard “.

   Don't even bother ringing customer service as you will be on hold until you give up. I have been on hold for over 5 times now over numerous days for more than 10mins each time. pointless exercise.
