   This shop, in particular the owner, Ash, is fantastic. These days, with enshittification everywhere I have come to expect mediocre service at best. But not at this place! I have bought quite a few tools from here over the years, and always get super good service. He is a real standout. Easy to get stuff ordered in, comes quick, good communication too. Most recently one of my sanders gave up, I rang him up right at closing time, he diagnosed the issue (dodgy cable) over the phone!! So I could keep working (using another cable until I can get to the shop and buy another). He really knows his stuff.

   Great products and friendly advice. I usually call back a few weeks after a purchase, and Ruben or Ash usually have some tip or suggestion as to how to get even better results with a new piece of gear. On the few times there have been problems, they have been fixed or the item has been replaced. They stand by their products.

   I hate this place. Every time I walk into this shop, I lose money. To be fair I’ve never regretted anything I’ve been sold. They do have great service and they sell Festool! What’s not to love? Just good to buy tools from a place that understands what they are selling. Highly recommend

   Great price, quick shipment. I normally promote buy locally but this is better when they have most things at the store. My last order got delivered to the back of my house so it was safe when I got home from work. I got a SYS Roller and can now move quickly at site. Just love it, I am not sure why I waited so long to get this.
