   Popped in today around 1030am to buy some products. One staff member behind the counter and one in the products area. I popped in and as soon as I did, the lady left the products area straight away, no hi can I help you. Nothing. Walked around for 10 minutes struggling to find a product or help. Finally found some products. Went to the register, no hi, same lady walked away. Absolutely unwelcoming of a place. You guys have always been unwelcoming. Do better

   Ben is the best, she has done my hair 3 times now and always gets it exactly how I want it, she has done my two daughter's hair too which they love! She is amazing! Always pays attention to what you want to achieve and gives great advice! Always professional and has a fantastic knowledge base! She has my whole family here now! Thanks Ben your the best!

   It was our first time visiting synergy today when my daughter had her first haircut in a long time. Eileen did an amazing job at not only making sure she felt comfortable, but cut to the exact length requested, and made such an effort in making sure it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

   Visiting hairdresser is meant to be relaxing well this was the opposite. First appointment today and will be last as I ended up walking out. Was approached by the stylist who didn't introduce themselves asking instead if I wanted cut or colour. Showed a picture of what I wanted. She then proceeded to say it needed shaving not cutting and what size clippers did I want displaying a set of clipper guards for me to choose. I must have looked puzzled as I have had same cut fromy usual hairdresser who always uses scissors just couldn't get in with her hence this appointment. Then she started to say can clip or cut, clip or cut choose I felt attacked she didn't stop for a breath didn't give me time to think and to be honest made me feel very stressed. I said don't you know you are the hairdresser but she kept on the same "what you want clipper or cut*barely taking a breath. So I lost confidence and no way was she coming near me with either so I got up said I changed my mind and left. Not one staff member checked I was OK, as I scurried out of there. Horrible experience.

   I was a walk-in client, had never been to Synergy before. Eileen was the stylist who did my zero-fade cut. An absolute perfectionist, it was clear that doing the job exactly right was very important to her. My hair is awful, and it's difficult to make it look good. Eileen made it look like a million bucks in small unmarked non-sequential bills. The scalp massage was unexpected and divine. The barber i had moved to Australia, and I was gutted, she's really good. I'm stoked to have found my new barber. Thanks so much, Eileen.
