   As a first time potential customer I rang simply to get an appointment. After five minutes on the phone while they looked for an appointment, I was abruptly told they would call me back later before closing. I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional and rude and not a good impression. I won’t be spending my money here.

   Was booked in for foils and a cut; first time customer. Within minutes of arriving, staff were talking about smelling and wanting weed (joking or not, it’s unprofessional) and walking around with food/eating. I had no consult so what I wanted didn’t matter (I tried to show pictures) but instead was pushed to buy products and add ons and spent the next 2.5 hours in pain as my hair was pulled strongly for each foil, head banged on the sink during the most aggressive wash I’ve EVER had and then burnt with the hairdryer to the point I was leaning away and asked for the heat to be turned down. I was then charged another $40 and wasn’t told what for even after asking for any extra costs to be explained beforehand and my hair was cut to shoulder length before colouring… usually I’d question the charge but I’m sure anyone would understand I wanted to leave asap). I’ve been left with grey looking hair, thick stripes of colouring, a small cut on the top of my now very red head and scratches to my forehead from the brushes. I don’t normally leave reviews but I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you also want to cry when you get home. The only good thing about my experience was the friendly lady at the front counter (Neesha I think her name was??). Pictures to show what I asked for (ignored) vs what I got. **edit: 24+ hours later and my head is still swollen and bruised to the point I can’t brush my hair. Paying $200+ for someone else to fix it - disgraceful service.

   I had Alesha as my hair stylist and oh woooowww!! She was so down to earth, honest in a positive way, she made sure I got what I was after…lovely colour!! Highly recommend x the whole salon actually!

   Had grabone voucher for cut and colour but asked to pay more for colour saying i got long hairs and i agreed and was actually happy with my hair cut which is slightly longer then my shoulder length but m very disappointed with the colour service ,only my scalp area is golden brown the colour i asked for nothing down the length,its same as before. I wish if i could add picture . Definitely not worth paying , not recommended for colour service
