So far, this is the best hair salon my family and I have experienced. The hairstylists are highly professional and top tier. They completed a balayage for my sister, which turned out beautifully and exceeded expectations. Based on that experience, I booked a balayage, cut, and styling appointment for my mother, and once again, the results were outstanding. The colour, cut, and styling were all beautifully done. Thank you to Kess Hair at Northlands Mall, Christchurch, for your exceptional customer service and hair services. This is one of the best salons we have come across. I had the BEST experience here today. Both with beauty and hair. I was very worried about finding a new hairdresser and beautician since moving to Christchurch but I will 100% be back. They were kind, had a great conversation with me at the start about what I wanted etc. it turned out perfect. I seriously feel like a different person! Danish was soo meticulous and took time and care with my hair. Harsh was awesome! She was so gentle and making sure I was ok during getting my eyes done. So happy with the result! Thank you

This is the BEST hair salon/Barber I’ve ever been to they also offer wax and beard trims. They have a wide variety of shampoo and conditioner. Great customer service, I’ve been going here for 8+ years and continue to go no matter what. Shouts out to Sandip!!
