   This place is hands down, the best dentist practice I have visited in my life. Every experience (except the cost, which is similarly high to most other dentists in NZ) is impeccable. As someone who has had traumatic dentistry in my past, it is of utmost importance to me that I feel comfortable and at ease in whatever practice I go to, and this place puts me at ease like no other. From the calm and relaxed manner of the people who take your booking over the phone, to the ambient / relaxing music played in the reception while waiting for your appointment. You can tell that so much care has been taken in these aspects as Boutique Dental understand how difficult it is for some of us to drag ourselves to the dentist. My dentist in particular (Jeffery) is very impressive in his dentistry skills and is also a perfectionist. If something isn't quite right he will work at it until it is. His manner is very calm, relaxed and respectful. Unlike some dentists I have visited in the past, I actually look forward to my appointments with him as I really appreciate how much care he takes during our time together (and in any work that needs doing). I needed quite a lot of extensive work done when I first started going here and he did it all with aplomb. It's satisfying watching someone work at this level. I've been going here for 2 or 3 (I can't quite remember) years now and will continue going for as long as I can. Thanks so much Boutique Dental, you have done wonders for my general attitude towards dentistry.

   Dt. Kah Ern Sha is incredibly kind, calm, and truly patient-focused. She explains everything clearly and creates a real sense of trust — you feel you’re in safe, capable hands. The clinic has state-of-the-art equipment (might be one of few clinics with those high-tech equipment), which adds to the overall confidence and comfort. And the dental hygienist deserves a special mention: very gentle, very thorough — truly the best in Christchurch. Can not skip the reception, they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend.

   I spent weeks researching for the right dentist to bring my dream of having real fangs to life, I settled on Christchurch Boutique Dental and I've just been so happy and blown away by the care. Not only were the enthusiastic about my request from the beginning but they were so thorough for my consultation, my veneer appointment and booked me a follow up just to ensure I was happy with them and having no issues a week later. I adore my fangs so much, and for the first time I love my smile. Having a clinic who were almost as enthusiastic as I was really helped cement the idea I chose the right place. Everyone is so lovely, and it was just a wonderful experience

   When I had to treat my broken tooth, thankfully, I made a booking very fast via just a call. Also, from the reception officers to all staff at the treatment room, all people were kind and described very sophisticatedly even though the time was over the working hour. I asked my worrying and questions a lot to dentists and staff, but they always focused on the patient's point of view. So, if I should take care of my tooth again in the future, I will not hesitate to contact and will go there for fast treatment!

   I had been putting off going to the dentist for years, due to past fears. The service is outstanding, from reception to checkup to treatments. The facilities & methods were modern and advanced. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and gave detailed information about my current status and what they recommend, without pushing anything. So glad to have found them!

   By far the best dentist I have ever been to!! I'm an anxious freak at the dentist and Kah Ern is so accommodating and kind. It makes the whole experience so much more bearable. She also is very meticulous with her work. Also the receptionists are lovely, especially Amber.
