I went in to see the hygienist and it’s not something I normally look forward to due to sensitivity. However, this was a really pleasant experience and I left with fresh and clean feeling teeth. Michelle was very careful, friendly and had really good attention to detail. I would highly recommend this service to anybody in future needing a clean from a true professional.
Team Dental Riccarton is fantastic. Considerate even when I make mistakes. Kevin Chew is exceptional in quality of work and with making you feel comfortable. The staff are also really friendly. I can’t recommend this place highly enough to anyone who is looking for a dentist in Christchurch or even from further away. :)
I had my teeth hygiene appointment with Michelle. She was amazing and very experienced. She did a very thorough job. My gum was very unhappy before the appointment, and the process was a bit uncomfortable as expected , but she was gentle and careful when she was cleaning my teeth and gum. She gave me tips about how to clean/floss my teeth better. The price is very reasonable and I am very happy with the experience and the result. Definitely will recommend to friends snd families.
All the staff are super friendly. A very efficient practice, the dentist saw me at the appointment time! May Wong is a wonderful dentist, she is kind, gentle on my mouth, patient, listens, and explains everything in simple terms. Highly recommended
Made a last minute Saturday appointment at Riccarton for a sore tooth. Dr Emma was fantastic, found a solution that worked with my upcoming plans and was so professional. She made sure I knew what was happening and was also so patient with the dental assistant too. Will definitely be seeing her from now on and recommending to everyone!
I've had fillings by Kevin Chew done several times and he is an absolutely excellent dentist. He always explains things throughly and patiently and listens attentively to your needs. He checks in constantly as to how you are doing during the process - asking you if you need a break at any time - he never seems rushed even though I know he is very busy. He conducts himself in a very professional manner. Dave
Hadn’t been to a dentist in 4 years so thought I would try Team Dental Riccarton as it had good reviews and the late night appointment suited me. Kevin Tan did a great job cleaning my teeth and showing me the proper way to floss. I was quoted $145 before my appointment but when I paid it was $250 which was quite a shock. When I told the dental assistant she said it was cos it took longer to clean my teeth. Their website does say “Our Riccarton dentists will confirm costings with you before commencing treatment.” So it would’ve been nice to have been told it would cost more than they quoted me. Would still recommend them tho as they did do a great job at cleaning my teeth.
