   Really appreciate Glen's help valuing some family heirloom jewelry in my collection. It was quite hard for me to get to Tauranga from Rotorua but Glen fit me in his schedule which I really appreciated that. He was honest about what was worth valuing, he definitely thinks of his client's best interest. While in the shop my partner was looking for a ring for me, which was an awesome surprise after a somewhat sad situation of losing an heirloom. We spotted a ring we loved & Janine helped us with the resizing. We picked it up the following week, it was truly a great experience. Janine and Glen are so lovely, you can tell they really care about the work they do. Thanks guys for making my sad experience an unforgettable, happy one. We will be back! :)
